  • The discount covers Support and Engage Pro, Product Tours, and Fin. You can see all features included on Pro here. Features such as HIPPA, EU Data center, WhatsApp, Surveys, and SMS are not included. See this article for more details.

  • Fin is included with the discount applied to usage-based pricing. In year 1, Fin costs 5 cents per resolution. Read more about Fin pricing here.

  • After the first year with the program, you’ll receive a 50% discount toward your second year with Intercom on the same feature plan, and then a 20% discount for the third year, when you move to an annual plan.
